The first Plastics Conference in Greece was held on Wednesday 12 February 2020 and BlueCycle was invited to present its innovative programme. At an event attended by all representatives of the business sectors that produce, use and recycle plastic, BlueCycle founder and executive director Suzanna Laskaridis spoke about circular economy and the use of marine plastic waste for the session about the value of plastics. The presentation was warmly received, as BlueCycle implements a unique approach to the problem of plastics polluting the sea.
